With a background in marketing and real estate in NYC, my transition to the local real estate market was a natural one. The weekend home my husband and I purchased 20 years ago became our full time residence 10 years ago. We had come to realize that the beautiful Hudson Valley was where we wanted to be all of the time. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I became the general contractor on the renovation of our house. The experience, knowledge and resources that I gained by transforming our modest weekend bungalow into a fine country home, inform my business on a daily basis.
When it comes to my clients, whether they are buying or selling a property, my objective is to listen and understand their needs and concerns so I can focus on what is in their best interest. My goal is to help you to reach your goal.
Buyers appreciate my expertise in identifying the perfect property, negotiating price and steering the transaction to a smooth closing. Sellers know that I will work tirelessly to get them the highest price for their property in the shortest amount of time. I have the enthusiasm and know-how to help you find your dream home, to buy an investment property or to sell your valuable real estate at a fair market price. You will find that my dedication and willingness to go that extra mile make all the difference.

Unspoiled Arts & Crafts cape with new roof, new exterior paint, new side deck and handicap ramp. Great wood floors, unpainted interior woodwork, original sconces, and original dining room fixture (in closet all intact). This charming home has 3 bedrooms and one full bath on the first floor. The second floor has not been used since the 50's. It was set up as a separate apartment with kitchen, bed/sitting room, and full bath. The water and heat has been disconnected but can easily be restored. It's a gem.
